1 Introduction and Acceptance of Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply between the entity operating the omgbet platform and you ("Member" or "User"). By using the omgbet website, mobile version or any related service, you automatically agree to these Terms.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw the welcome bonus, a 25x wagering requirement must be met. This means the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before it becomes withdrawable.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer may have its own expiry period; unused bonuses will be cancelled after the expiry date.
• omgbet may not allow multiple bonuses to be claimed simultaneously; the terms of each promotion apply separately.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found, omgbet reserves the right to suspend the account and forfeit the bonus.

5 Betting Rules and Gaming Policy

5.1 Bet Validity

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. omgbet reserves the right to void bets that were accepted incorrectly due to a technical error. omgbet's decision is final in determining outcomes.

5.2 Fair Play and Security

omgbet uses SSL encryption and Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure a fair and transparent gaming experience. Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage through fraud, strategic manipulation or the use of software will result in account closure and all funds may be forfeited.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
• Sharing account credentials with other users.
• Any form of fraudulent transaction.

6 VIP Program and Cashback Policy

omgbet offers three VIP tiers. Weekly cashback benefits apply at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

You can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular play. VIP cashback and special benefits are subject to omgbet's discretionary management. omgbet reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms at any time.

7 Account Suspension and Closure Policy

7.1 Account Closure at the User's Request
